Description: Here we used a "push-pull" approach with heavy personalization. 

A 3-D "lock box" containing a recorded message plus a trial CD-ROM went to CEO-level targets, and encouraged the passing down of information to MIS.  At the same time the MIS Manager received a sales letter with reply, offering the CD-ROM trial and encouraging dialog with the executive who received the 3-D package.
